Physical activities include all forms of exercises that can work your muscles in various ways to stay healthy. It gives you the flexibility and vitality essential for your body which is good for everyone.

Exercising is not limited to people who weigh more than the average and want to lose excess weight; or those who just want to lose lower belly fat. Individuals who are anxious of their belly fat only want one thing, to get rid of it immediately.

On your back, stretch arms on top your head while keeping your legs intact. Tighten stomach muscles and lift right knee. As you do so, slightly lift your shoulders off the floor and forward your arms keeping it straight.

Go back to the original position with relaxed stomach muscles. Do the same for your left knee. Repeat 12 – 15 times slowly.

Exercises like these allow you to build strong muscles in your abdominal areas. Focus on abdominal exercises if you just want to lose lower belly fat more than everything else, though all exercises help you burn fat. The great thing is body weight workout does not require any equipment.
