After playing Warhammer Online for a couple months, I decided to buy a guide to see if I could get more satisfaction out of the game. Many gamers thought that it was weird to do that for a game like this one.

A few may even go so far as to say that it is cheating. Well, I don’t side with with that and I’ll tell you why.

I have been playing MMOGs for longer than a decade now. With just about every major MMO game that has come out in the last 11 plus years, I have either beta tested, played the free trial, or played the game for several years.

A lot has changed over the years with these kind of games. The worlds have gotten voluminous, the amount of quests to do have increased significantly, and the total amount of time it takes to see and do everything in the game has increased.

More importantly, the time I have to play games has remarkably decreased. Twelve years ago, I could sit down every night and play for five or six hours straight.

Now, if I can find a couple hours on a Saturday to play, I’m doing really good. I sure do miss the good old days.

So, by using a Warhammer guide, I can use my in-game time wisely. Instead of running around, wildly searching for where I need to go, or what I need to kill, I use the guide to rapidly find specifically what I need. I want to be able to journey through the game in this lifetime. With only a couple hours a week to play, not having a guide just doesn’t cut it.

Sure, I would love to take my time and just delve into the game and figure out stuff myself. But with my reduced playing time, it would take me twenty years to do that. I’m sure other players have constricted playing time as I do. You should not feel bad about using a guide to help you along.

Using a Warhammer guide is an excellent way to get more out of the game and to help you use your time wisely. Don’t let any tell you otherwise.

There are many options when looking for a guide, like a Warhammer RvR Guide. A class guide, like a Sorceress guide, can be of great help.
