Tired Because Your Baby Doesn’t Sleep At Night?
So you’re a new mom or dad, and you just love having a new baby. It’s so much fun, except for the fact that you aren’t getting too much sleep. Parenthood has it’s downside. Is new parenthood the best thing ever?
Sometimes the answer to that question is yes, and sometimes no. There can be quite a number of reasons why a new parent could feel that having a baby in the house isn’t exactly the best thing that ever happened to them, but probably right at the top of the list is this.
Baby won’t sleep at night. He or she cries all the time, won’t settle and keeps everyone else in the house awake the whole night through.
This can be a particularly stressful problem to deal with. Everyone needs their sleep. You do, your entire family does.
Even the baby can be affected, because everyone in the family is tired and stressed out.
Maybe you’re finding that you wished you were a better mom, but that you’re so tired you’re not. Perhaps your sex life has died.
Your relationship needs to be strong right now but you’re both so tired that it isn’t.
And the stress isn’t confined to you and your partner. Everyone in the family suffers, including other children. Younger children can sleep through regardless usually, but older children can suffer and if they’re at the stage where their schooling is important this is a major issue.
This is a problem that you can’t ignore. Ignore it and it won’t go away, in fact ignore it and it can get worse. You owe it to yourself, your partner and your family, and baby, to get this problem sorted.
So what do you do? Is there a solution to a baby that won’t sleep? Are you and your family doomed to weeks, months or even years of losing sleep?
The good news is that there is a solution, and often it takes only some small changes to your normal routine to get your baby sleeping well. There are some simple solutions that you may never even think of, and some home remedies that can be extremely effective.
The first thing you ought to do is to visit your doctor, as there are medical conditions that can cause sleeplessness, so these ought to be ruled out. But there are also some simple home remedies that can make a big difference in many cases, and these can be easy to implement and inexpensive.
So remember, if your baby isn’t sleeping at night it’s not a life sentence. You do need to tackle the problem, or your relationship and your family may suffer the results, but there are simple effective steps that you can take to get baby sleeping peacefully at night.

I have been reading a few posts on here and have picked up some great info. One thing I have found which works really well for a good nights sleep, feeling more relaxed and focused is binaural beats. As strange as they may sound (excuse the pun) they are a very powerful method of relaxation.
