If you give them what they want when your child cries, they will quickly figure out that if they cry they can get what ever they want and then it becomes a nightmare. There for you need to teach your child that crying and throwing a fit are useless and don’t achieve anything. Once they sense they are not going to get anything out of you by throwing tantrums, they will stop. Be persistent. Never yell or scream at your child.

Ok, so your baby is old enough to be sleeping through the night, and isn’t? She may accomplish that milestone on her own, soon. Or she may need a little help from you to learn how to put herself back to sleep when she wakes up at night, as we all do in the normal rhythm of his sleep cycles. Bit of warm milk about 30 minutes before they go to bed is a great way to get them relax and fall a sleep.
If you have trouble keeping your toddler stay in bed, there are few things you can try. if they have a favourite toy or something they really love you can tell them they can only have that if they stay in bed and try to sleep.
Some parents lose their cool when the toddler is not sleeping. Its understandable you are tired and over worked, but getting mad at your kid will not help them calm down. Be consistant, but dont tell , talk to them nicely and encourage them to fall asleep.
